Article 1 – Definitions and Terms

The terms used in these rules and regulations have the following meanings:
1-1 Service Recipient: Individuals registered on the Onwash platform to request services.
2-1 User: A person who connects to the Onwash application via communication technology and benefits from its software services.
3-1 Users: Service requesters.
4-1 Onwash Company: The provider of the Onwash service.
5-1 User Account: An account created by individuals to use the Onwash service in the Onwash application.
6-1 Credit: The amount available in a user’s account for using the Onwash service.
7-1 Confidential Information: Information provided to Onwash by service recipients and operators, such as contact numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc.
8-1 Ambassador(s): The verified service personnel of Onwash who attend the customer’s location to provide services.

Article 2 – User Account

2-1 By registering with Onwash, the user agrees to have fully read and accepted its rules and regulations. These rules may change over time, and continued use of Onwash implies acceptance of any changes.
2-2 To use Onwash, each user must create an account. Only individuals over 18 years old and with legal capacity can create an account. Users must provide their name, surname, email address, and phone number.
2-3 Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information in the Onwash service.
2-4 Each individual can only have one account as a service recipient on Onwash.
2-5 Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts on Onwash.
2-6 Users are responsible for the security of their account information, including username and password. In case of loss or theft, the user must immediately inform the company. Until such notification, the user is responsible for all activities conducted through the account.
2-7 Users are not allowed to permit others to use their account or transfer their account to another person or company.
2-8 In special cases, Onwash may require users to verify their identity. If users fail to provide sufficient information, Onwash may suspend their account and refuse service.

Article 3 – Use of Onwash

3-1 Users and operators agree to refrain from smoking while using Onwash services.
3-2 By using Onwash, users agree not to use it for illegal activities under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran or contrary to societal norms. Prohibited items such as alcohol, drugs, weapons, or unauthorized items and animals must not be carried in vehicles.
3-3 Users agree not to use Onwash in a manner that could damage Onwash or its partners.
3-4 Users acknowledge that Onwash may use SMS as a communication method and can request to stop receiving messages, although this may impact service use.
3-5 Onwash may offer users gift codes for discounts or additional credit.
3-6 Users agree not to transfer or publicly share gift codes unless explicitly permitted by Onwash.
3-7 Credits in user accounts can only be used for Onwash services and are not refundable as cash.
3-8 Onwash reserves the right to modify or invalidate codes, especially in cases of technical errors or misuse.

Article 4 – Costs and Payments

4-1 Users acknowledge that service fees paid to Onwash are non-refundable.
4-2 Users accept the service costs determined by Onwash and agree not to dispute these fees after use.
4-3 Payments can be made through Onwash’s designated methods: in-app credit, online payment, or cash to the operator.
4-4 If technical issues prevent online payment, users must still pay the service fees through alternative methods coordinated with Onwash.

Article 6 – User Responsibilities

6-1 Users are responsible for any legal violations or damages caused during service use, and Onwash is not liable. Onwash reserves the right to deactivate violators and take legal action.
6-2 Actions harming Onwash’s reputation or brand are considered violations, and Onwash may deactivate the user and seek damages.
6-3 Operators must only use Onwash-provided materials (e.g., branded stickers and air fresheners). Unauthorized materials causing confusion may lead to legal action and require the violator to compensate for damages.
6-4 Operators must arrive on time and focus solely on vehicle cleaning without taking on additional tasks.

Article 7 – Prohibited Items During Service

Prohibited items include explosives, flammable substances, hazardous materials, radioactive items, and large or heavy packages.

Article 8 – Technical Provisions

8-1 Users are prohibited from reverse engineering or extracting the Onwash software source code unless legally permitted.
8-2 Users must not use framing, mirroring, or any method to replicate Onwash services on other servers or disrupt its operations.
8-3 Users are prohibited from running scripts or programs for data mining on Onwash services.
8-4 Users must not attempt unauthorized access to any part of Onwash services.

Article 9 – User-Generated Content

Onwash may allow users to upload content (text, images, audio, etc.) on its platform. While users retain ownership, Onwash is granted rights to publish and share this content digitally or in print.

Article 10 – Service Termination

Onwash reserves the right to deactivate any user deemed a risk to the company or other users.

Article 11 – Remote Agreement

11-1 Users agree to accept changes to the rules and regulations communicated via Onwash’s system.
11-2 Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and bear full responsibility for activities conducted under their account.
11-3 Users agree that all digital communications from Onwash constitute binding acceptance.
11-4 By registering with Onwash, users consent to engaging in remote agreements and transactions.
